Contact Page [Milton]

To setup a contact page similar to the Milton theme demo website first you will need to install a forms plugin for WordPress. We recommend either the (free) Ninja Forms plugin or the (paid) Gravity Forms plugin.

1. Install and activate your chosen plugin
2. Create a form (using the plugin's documentation for reference if necessary)
3. Once your form is finished, either create a page or go to an existing page in WordPress to add the form to
4. Depending on the plugin you are using there should be an Add Form button or similar on the Edit Page screen.
5. Click this to insert and configure your form and when you are done Update or Publish the page.
